Description

Currently, we can add links as previews when we add new links. But existing links don't have that feature. In the link menu shown below, we should get an option to turn the link into a preview. Notion has this feature. Similar to the issue #7104.

Impact

Any person that might migrate from Notion to AppFlowy.

What @sakibarifin wants is a button to convert a traditional link to a preview-link with a button.

Also, if possible, turn all links of a document into preview links. When I imported notion, all the preview links weren't imported as preview links.
