Swiping to reveal actions makes it harder to discover and adds unnecessary step when there is already plenty of room next to the doc to put these buttons; it also looks out of place. Additionally, you should include a "Move to" option in the three-dot menu, allowing users to relocate documents to other locations without having to drag and drop them.
