Bug Description

image Error:1. After adding a new picture, the image size condition of dragging the mouse is invalid, and the image size cannot be adjusted immediately. You need to click several times in other blank places of the document to adjust the image size. 2.Ctrl+Z undo, the u

How to Reproduce

Hope: 1. After adding the picture, you can directly adjust the size of the picture; 2.Ctrl+Z can undo the image resizing operation

Expected Behavior
