Feature Scope

Implement link menu panel
- Figma UI
- Show remove link and copy link entry when there is already a link
- Single tap for editing the linked text.
- Double tap for opening the link.
Add insert link entry in the toolbar
- Support shortcut Command(or Control) + K to call up the insert panel

Test cases

Insert, remove and copy ...
Show the insert link entry only when the text in the same paragraph is selected
Undo / Redo
