Description

It's one thing I've been missing from Notion - a grid of "cards" gallery style view for databases, as currently there's only table and kanban board

Impact

Former notion users, people who want a database list with image previews for each entry and visible properties of their choice

kanban is vertical only, gallery would be a grid like this:

• group 1 ... +
[item 1] [item 2] [item 3]
[item 4] [item 5]

• group 2 ...+
[item 1] [item 2]

the grid width would depend on the window size/orientation

I would also like to see this. In Notion, we set people's profile pics as a cover photo, then set the database to gallery view in order to view all of our colleagues. Here is an example screenshot:
