I think there is something in my database that causes the crash. If I delete everything appflowy startup fine. It's only when I login back into my google account when this happens. I'd like to keep my data please.

Also, what did you delete, that makes appflowy start up again? The local data folder for AppFlowy? And after it started successfully, you logout and login via Google again, and it failed once again?

I deleted the appdata including the databases which would ask me to login, so im already logged out at that point. After login with google app disappears and won't start.

Ill send a ping on discord

Resolved by reinstalling the application. @Disar will provide additional details.

I got it working again.
The zipped/web/mobile apps all worked fine.
So I figured there is something with the installer, instead of overriding the current installation :

  • I uninstalled
  • for good measures I also deleted the io.appflowy folder in appdata ( make sure you have a backup if you arent connected to a cloud service otherwise you lose everything)
  • Used the latest installer and did a fresh setup

Something old from 9.3 or lower might have corrupted the app.
