Description

I'd like to have the option to disable syntax highlighting completely for the code block component.

Impact

Sometimes, a code block doesn't actually contain code, but e.g. program output. In that case, highlighting is not desirable and selecting a language doesn't make sense. The closest option currently is "auto", but that still chooses a language and performs highlighting.

Additional Context

For instance, Notion has a "plain text" option in the list of languages.
