Bug Description

From discord
The users can't sometimes put the cursor in the first column:

I have a three-column table, but can't seem to get the cursor to be in the first one. I am not sure how to reproduce this error or why it works sometimes.

For example
| col1 | col2 | co3 |
I can get a cursor in col2 and col 3, col three seem to be favored. Just not col1. Only on occasion does it work.

How to Reproduce

Not sure yet.
I tried to reproduce the issue: I can’t reproduce it on MAC, but on IOS it’s hard for me to put the cursor on the first character in the column. For example, I want to put the cursor to the red place, but it sometimes goes to the yellow ones. Maybe the same issue?

Expected Behavior

I should be able to put the cursor to the ideal place in the first column. The cursor's position should match the user's touch point.
