Hi @gattomanzo, can you take a screenshot of the file names inside the zip file? I'm wondering if it contains a file type we haven't handled yet.

Hi @LucasXu0 thank you for your answer, i cannot do what you've asked because int the .zip file produced from the notion there's another .zip archive, and inside it there's only a .md file that is not readable by any software.
I've tryed to export, folowing the instrucions in the question mark near the import function with extreme care, but as soon as i upload the file i immediately receive an email telling me the same undefined issue.
I know that if i'll do another try it will prevent me to do more attempt to upload more files, because the server allows only 3 file to be processed, so after that my account is stuck and no more attempts to ulpoad.

I assume the exported file from Notion is incomplete. I'm exporting a new ZIP file from Notion and will get back to you once I have it. Based on my previous test, the ZIP file shouldn't contain another ZIP inside it, and the markdown files should be readable.

Update:
As a workaround, you can import the inner ZIP file.

Alas! but i can assure you is complete, i've tryed the same .zip with another clone of Norton and it works perfectly, all the workspace was converted.
