Description

Problem
As workspaces grow, it becomes harder to quickly find related projects or files.
Folder-based organization alone doesn’t scale well when content overlaps across spaces.

Proposed Idea

Assign tags to projects or files
Reuse tags across the workspace
Search and filter content using tags

Suggested Features

Add/remove tags as lightweight metadata
Show tags in a clean, non-intrusive UI
Search by tag name
Filter views by one or more selected tags

Impact

Tags provide a flexible way to organize content without changing folder structure.
This makes navigation faster and improves usability for large workspaces.

Additional Context

I’ve started exploring UI placement for tags and wanted to check with maintainers before going deeper into implementation details.
