Description

In order to give users an third option than US and Chinese models, It would be interesting to add MistralAI (French provider) to the list of supported providers for AI features.

Impact

Better sovereignty for the users to extract from US services while still having the most recent features available.

Futhermore, MistralAI servers are located in France and perfom very well concerning environnemental impact, while being totaly transparent about those impacts : https://mistral.ai/news/our-contribution-to-a-global-environmental-standard-for-ai
