Hello,

I attempted to create a backup of my account using Settings → Manage Data → Backup your workspace.

When I clicked the backup option for the first time, I did not initially notice the backup link because it was labeled differently, so I assumed it had not been generated. At that time, a message appeared indicating that my storage was almost full.

Since I thought the backup link was missing, I clicked the backup option again. Later, I realized that the backup link had already been generated but was labeled under a different name, which is why I did not recognize it earlier.

As a result, additional storage was consumed, and my free storage now shows as completely full. I would appreciate your help in resolving the extra storage usage caused by this.

@LucasXu0 i cant download it ,its showing 502 error i believe its around 2.3 GB

i am using appflowy cloud
i have exams in few days if there so if there is any possiblity for data loss then shall we do that after sunday?
else we can do it right now where to send the invite link
