How to Reproduce

I'm seeing a regression in how the AppFlowy icon groups on the taskbar/dock. When pinned, launching the app creates a duplicate instance icon rather than highlighting the pinned one. This behavior is absent in the .deb package but persistent in the Flatpak version on Ubuntu Budgie. It appears to be a WM_CLASS mismatch(or not?). Any insights?

Expected Behavior

The icon should be shown as AppFlowy instead of the system default placeholder icon.
