Description

Add missing Arabic translations for AppFlowy.

Language: Arabic (ar)

Tasks

Add Arabic translation file
Translate missing keys from the English translation file
Ensure translations follow the existing translation structure

Impact

This will allow Arabic-speaking users to use AppFlowy in their native language and improve accessibility for users in Arabic-speaking regions.

Additional Context

I would like to work on this issue and submit a PR.
