Bug Description

If I create a database using the sidebar, the main view gets switched to it but the sidebar doesn't update

How to Reproduce

  1. On the sidebar, create a database
  2. Observe that the database is opened, but the sidebar doesn't display it until the user goes to another space/workspace and comes back.

Expected Behavior

The newly-created view should appear
