Bug Description

If two options are selected, the operator applied is AND instead of OR. As shown in the screenshot, there are two records - one is critical the other is medium - neither is shown after applying the filter

How to Reproduce

Create two records, assigning different priorities. Apply a filter by the priority column and select both priority values.

Expected Behavior

The records should show up
