Description
The native menu bar on Windows 10 does not respond to user settings in the Windows system preferences.
Impact
I could live without this.
Additional Context

@a-wallen commented on GitHub (Mar 20, 2023):
I think that it should suffice to make the app bar color the same color as the left navigation bar (using bitsdojo_window)
@GouravShDev commented on GitHub (Mar 26, 2023):
I would like to work on this issue.
@annieappflowy commented on GitHub (Mar 27, 2023):
Thanks. Assigned
@Danik1601 commented on GitHub (Apr 12, 2023):
Exactly the same thing on Linux.
Fedora 38 Beta, GNOME 44:

@sudo-saif commented on GitHub (Sep 19, 2023):
Any updates on this? At least make it follow the current Windows color like other apps until it gets its own code to follow the app's color scheme?
@Xazin commented on GitHub (Sep 20, 2023):
I'll take a look at this. 👍
@istanb84 commented on GitHub (Jan 23, 2024):
Hi, any updates on this?
I've searched related issues and found #2169 , it seems the feature has already been finished but never merged.
Not sure what is going on.
@Xazin commented on GitHub (Jan 23, 2024):
It was never completely finished.
To be more specific, it should only be implemented for Linux and MacOS, also, it should be possible to theme the windows bar, so that it always matches the window.
