Bug Description

As described in the title, in this case, I cannot select a color easily

How to Reproduce

Highlight a large area of text till the bottom of the application
Click on the color option in the toolbar menu

Expected Behavior

I can see a bigger area of the popover color selection menu

Operating System

Windows 10
