Improve the user experience of the AI Custom Prompt modal by refining the layout and interaction for selecting prompts.

Enhancements:

Introduce a search bar to filter the AI prompt list.
Preview prompts automatically by hovering over list items.
Add dedicated "Use Prompt" buttons to list items (on hover) and the preview pane.

Chores:

Remove the redundant modal footer action button.
Refactor layout and spacing within the modal's components.
