Bug Description

When a language is selected from dropdown option in Settings > Language, then selected option is reflected in the UI. However, changing the storage path from Settings > Files will prevent selected language from being reflected in the dropdown UI. This only happens regarding the dropdown list; it's fine for rest of the areas.

How to Reproduce

Step 1: Open settings dialog
Step 2: Change file path from Files option
Step 3: Change language from Language option

Expected Behavior

The selected language is reflected in the dropdown UI

MacOS Ventura 13.0.0
