The document widget needs to be reloaded entirely for the title of a referenced board to be updated.

This issue persists not only for Board, but also for grid. (Any referenced Page - same logic).

I think that there should be some common logic to update the view on the "focused" document, because the same issue will exist when eg. deleting a referenced page, and if you deleted a referenced page, and leave and come back, it's infinite loading.
