Bug Description

There isn't a hovering effect for the Settings icon in dark mode

How to Reproduce

Switch to Dark Mode
Hover on the Settings icon in the left panel

Expected Behavior

Consistent hovering effect

Operating System

MacOS

You mean the different background color when they are hovered? Actually these two buttons/icons doesn't have the different background color when they are hovered in the light mode. They only have the tooltip to indicate their functionality.
