Bug Description

When user add callout on document, user cursor not able to go out side of callout box.

How to Reproduce

Add callout on document and try to go downward with cursor.

Expected Behavior

Currently cursor is not able to go downward, it should go downward

Operating System

macOS monterey 12.6
