When first author approves there are two possible ways:

Mappingstatus is empty but the statusSetBy is filled in
Mappingstatus is SEMI-APPROVED or another name but there is testing with Usagi needed because it could crash

When ADD_INFO;approvedBy is not filled in, replace the value "APPROVED" to "SEMI-APPROVED" but in reality it is still "APPROVED"
