Bug Description

Before choosing an user icon, the default avatar is a circle of some calculated color based on the user name, and the initial.

Once you have selected an icon, it's impossible to go back to the default avatar.

How to Reproduce

Open AppFlowy
Go to Settings
Navigate to User
Select Icon
Cannot remove the icon

Expected Behavior

Open AppFlowy
Go to Settings
Navigate to User
The current Avatar is displayed, and options like selecting an icon or removing the icon, should be present.

Operating System

Windows

Additional Context

I have an idea for a simple improvement we can make to the appearance/design of this screen to make it easier to fit multiple types of avatars together.

Currently we have two:

User initial and 2. Icon

At some point in time we will have uploaded avatars.
