Bug Description

Without an indicator, I wouldn't be able to tell which row has content inside unless I add an icon manually

How to Reproduce

Create a Grid
Open a row as a page
Write something in the rich-text area
Close it up

Expected Behavior

An indicator is shown

Operating System

Windows 11
