Bug Description

If a text cell is edited in the row detail page such that it spans multiple lines, on the grid it doesn't ellide indicating that it overflows, and the editing experience isn't great directly from the grid.

How to Reproduce

Refer to description

Expected Behavior

The text should ellide, and the editing UX should be better
