Bug Description

When editing properties in a Grid, by going to Grid > Settings / Edit View > Properties, it's not easily noticeable that you can drag the properties to reorder them, and that you have to long press to do so.

Also, the dialog fills the whole screen, despite it not having to, and the scrollview itself only filles the used space or so it seems.

How to Reproduce

Navigate to Grid, open Settings, Properties, then start reordering items and scrolling out of bounds.

Expected Behavior

Easy to see that items can be dragged, and the dialog should take up only necessary space or scrollview should take up all space.
