Bug Description

In the editor if you click on a page reference but some other or no line is focused, the click does not take you to the referenced page, instead it creates a focus on the line where page reference is located.

How to Reproduce

Create page reference.
Click in other line to change focus.
Click on the page reference

Expected Behavior

If you clicked directly on the page reference it should redirect you to the referenced page
