Description
I think the app would fit better into the Android universe if the design was more in line with Google's Material3 design, including the Material You color scheme.
Impact
This is not a hugely important feature, but it would be more consistent with the Android system.

Because the application is cross-platform, I think it could confuse the cross-platform users, if their theme isn't the same on Desktop and mobile, icons aren't the same color, etc. 🤔

But I don't think this would cause any major problems for most people if the layout remains the same in general, but different icons, shapes and colors are used.
