As a more broad approach to this, I suggest shortcuts for every option available in "turn into" when clicking the left handle.

For reference, Notion uses the CTRL+SHIFT+Number shortcuts for:

1,2,3 headings (implemented)
4 Checkbox
5 Bulletin
6 Numbered
7 Toggle
8 Code Block
9 Page
0 Text/Body (implemented)

Since Appflowy can change the shortcut keys, it could also have options for Quote, Callout, Toggle Headings, etc.
