Description

Use cases

Find an interesting 'thing' online, e.g. an article, with the goal to quickly save it in AppFlowy
Quickly save a piece of text or photo in AppFlowy.

Suggestion

Make use of the share sheet that mobile have to quickly save content to the AppFlowy app, on mobile.

Example of the share sheet on Android:

Impact

Any type of person that uses, or has desires, to use AppFlowy as a quick capture tool.

There is a Flutter library that might be useful: https://pub.dev/packages/share_handler

Hi there,

I’ve been using Microsoft To Do, but I found that it wasn’t quite working for me. So, I switched over to Notion as a replacement.

Then, I saw Fireship’s recommendation for your platform and decided to give it a try. While watching a Brian Lagerstrom chicken nugget video, I thought it would be great to save it to my new recipe collection in Flowy.

However, I was a bit surprised to discover that Flowy doesn’t seem to have the ability to easily share YouTube links or recipes directly into the app.

Perhaps I’m missing something, but I feel like this would be a helpful and fairly basic feature.Thanks so much for your time, and I’d love to hear your thoughts!
