Description

- Persistent Filter Selection Indicator: I can see a hint that I've selected items in the filter menu even after closing it. However, this only updates when I refresh the page.

Add "X" Button for Easy Filter Removal: It would be helpful to have an "X" button directly on the filter tag for quick removal, instead of having to click "Delete filter" within the filter menu.
Filter Row Visibility on Page Switch: When a filter is applied, the filter row should remain visible after switching to another page and then returning. Currently, the filter row is hidden, which can be confusing since it isn't clear why some items are missing.

Impact

Enhanced usability: Users will have a clearer understanding of the current filter status and will need fewer clicks to manage filters efficiently.
