Bug Description

Sometimes when I change between tabs or when I open another program and it takes me a while to get back to appflowy, the delete and duplicate functions are bugged in the grid. Sometimes they work, but they don't update. It is necessary to close the tab or change between notes. This happens very often.

How to Reproduce

Create a note and a grid
Open the grid
Create a row
Open another note in another tab
Go back to the grid tab
Try to delete/duplicate a row

Expected Behavior

Just duplicate or delete

Operating System

LINUX 21.2 XFCE

AppFlowy Version(s)

0.7.1

I believe this problem started in version 0.7.0, but I didn't have time before to try to understand and test how to replicate the bug.
