1~3 main use cases of the proposed feature
As an math interested appflowy user, i want to be able to write math symbols and equations in line with my text, so i can explain complex concepts without breaking my text and inserting a whole math block.

The current way of inputing inline math via typing, then selecting and pressing the "equation" button is hard, simply typing $ around it would be easier.

what types of users can benefit from using your proposed feature
I think many users would benefit, as this is an essential feature which most alternatives already support.

By the way, i am not sure if this is an issue with appflowy or appflowy-cloud, as i am self-hosting and have not tried on appflowy.io, if this feature is possible there.
