Bug Description

After creating a file block, the tool tip indicates that we may either upload a file via the file selector, or drag and drop the file to the upload dialogue box. However, doing so resulted in two file blocks.

How to Reproduce

Create a file block, then drag and drop the file as per the tool tip instruction.

Expected Behavior

Only single file block should be created.

Operating System

Linux, MacOS

AppFlowy Version(s)

0.8.6, 0.8.7
