Description

Currently, switching between different AppFlowy instances (e.g., appflowy.x.com and appflowy.y.com) requires logging out, manually changing the settings, and logging in again. This process is time-consuming and disrupts the workflow, especially for users who need to manage or access multiple instances frequently.

I propose the addition of a "Switch Instance" feature. This would allow users to easily toggle between configured instances without needing to log out or reconfigure settings each time.

Main use cases:

Developers or consultants managing multiple client instances.
Teams or users with separate workspaces for different projects, organizations, or environments (e.g., staging and production).
Users contributing to both personal and collaborative AppFlowy spaces.

Impact

This feature would benefit:

Power users and developers
Consultants or freelancers
Team members collaborating across multiple organizations or environments
Any user who frequently works with more than one AppFlowy instance
