Description

Hello,

It could be great to permit user to manually check if a new appflowy version is available.

I'm on 0.9.2, the 0.9.3 is out, but i haven't the button to upgrade, i don't know the frequency, but i would like to update as soon as possible to enjoy new features.

Impact

Improve speed of new version deployment.

Can you try restarting the application and take a screenshot of the settings page?

After a reboot of the app iis solved. but as a macos user, i never kill the app, i work on it until it die. :D
