Bug Description

The AppFlowy Flatpak from Flathub uses outdated runtime branches:

runtime org.freedesktop.Platform branch 23.08
runtime org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.default branch 23.08-extra
runtime org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.default branch 23.08

How to Reproduce

Install AppFlowy from Flathub and observe the output:

Info: runtime org.freedesktop.Platform branch 23.08 is end-of-life, with reason:
   org.freedesktop.Platform 23.08 is no longer receiving fixes and security updates. Please update to a supported runtime version.
Info: applications using this runtime:
   io.appflowy.AppFlowy

Info: runtime org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.default branch 23.08-extra is end-of-life, with reason:
   org.freedesktop.Platform 23.08 is no longer receiving fixes and security updates. Please update to a supported runtime version.
Info: applications using this extension:
   io.appflowy.AppFlowy

Info: runtime org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.default branch 23.08 is end-of-life, with reason:

Expected Behavior

No output from flatpak command about outdated, EOL runtimes.
