Add shadow tokens to the AppFlowy UI theme system, introducing a new way to define and manage shadow styles for light and dark themes

New Features:

Introduce a new AppFlowyShadow class to define shadow styles with small and medium shadow variations for both light and dark themes

Enhancements:

Extend the AppFlowyBaseTheme and AppFlowyThemeData to support shadow tokens
Create a method in AppFlowyThemeBuilder to generate shadow styles based on brightness
