Deleting a video from Plex would result in the video being deleting from the TA UI

Determine if a Plex call to delete a video can be caught
Determine if a Plex call to delete a video can send a trigger
Write API call to TubeArchivist with delete request when trigger is seen

This might be able to be integrated with #24. Otherwise, we'll have to do the recommendation of autodeletion with the watch status and utilizing the features of #24 to do that deletion.

My expectation is that this will probably be passed into v0.2.0 as one of the primary features. I am still finalizing the research requirements, but the calls to TA will be the easiest part of the effort.
