Bug Description

When adding a new row to a grid, if the grid's height is the same as the window, the new row getting cut visually.

How to Reproduce

Make a new document, change the layout to grid, resize the window to any height you like and add enough rows to get to the end of the window and then add a new row and add about 2 rows of text (depends on the size of the cell) and the text is not visible.

In this picture, I've added a new row with 3 rows of text and the window is fixed in position so I need to manually scroll down each row of text I add.

Expected Behavior

For the window to auto scroll for each row of text I add to the last cell.
Maybe add some space at the bottom of the grid and the footer so it won't be at the limit of the page.
